文化幣在手 人權一起走
Culture Points in Hands, Human Rights in Hearts.
18至21歲具領取文化幣資格之青年，於活動主題網站以文化幣App掃描「早鳥索票」QR Code並截圖後上傳完成索票程序。票券於11月17日（五）中午12時開放索取，詳情請參考活動主題網站。
Youth Early Bird Ticket: Individuals 18 to 21 years old who have received Culture Points can use the Culture Points App to scan the "Early Bird Ticket" QR Code on the Human Rights Arts Festival website to complete the ticket reservation process. Ticket reservations will be available starting at noon on Friday, November 17th. For more details, please refer to the event's website.

參加資格：18至21歲具領取文化幣資格之青年。

活動期間：2023年12月2日至2024年1月14日。

活動辦法：參與本屆活動（包含《來自清水的孩子》、《自由的靈魂》音樂會、《5月35日》、《空白記憶》、《陳文成的證明題》、《我好不浪漫的當代美式生活》、《我們在安靜中跳舞》、《不易遺忘的聲音們》與《有人・有影・有跡──潘小俠×高仲明對照展》），以「文化幣App」掃描各活動QR Code打卡，同一節目以一個打卡數計算，集滿三個活動打卡數，可簽領「人權帆布袋」乙個；集滿五個活動打卡數，可簽領「人權帆布袋」乙個及「人權悠遊卡」乙張，贈品領取後，打卡數歸零需重新累計。
＊僅限活動期間於服務臺，出示文化幣APP打卡紀錄以簽領贈品。贈品數量有限，送完為止。
＊贈品每人限領一份，不可代領。 - Eigibility: Individuals between the age of 18 and 21 who qualify for receiving Culture Points.
- Event Duration: From December 2, 2023 to January 14, 2024.
- Event Procedure: Attend programs, incuding "Son of Formosa", "Freedom of the Sou–Opening Concert" , "35th of May", "The Blank Memory", "CHEN Wen-Chen's Proof", "How Romantic: A Guide to Modern Pangcah Life", "Dance in Silence", "Indelible Stories", "Shooting as Disclosing–PAN Hsiao-Hsia x KO Chung -Ming". Participants check-in on-site by using the "Cuture Points App" to scan the QR Codes of various activities. One check-in per activity. Colect 3 activity check-ins to redeem one "Human Rights Canvas Bag; " and colect 5 activity check-ins to redeem one "Human Rights Canvas Bag" and one "Human Rights Trave Card. " Activity check-ins used to redeem gifts wil be removed.

＊Gifts could be redeemed only at the service counter during the event. Present your digital check-ins from the Culture Points App to our staff at the service counter to redeem gifts. The supply of gifts is limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
＊Each person can receive one gift, and it cannot be claimed on behalf of others.
